The shafts are made of NiCrMo alloyed steel. The surface of the rolls are hardened by induction technique.
All types of the machines are produced in our own facilities. AKYAPAK machines are designed by our engineers with C.A.D. technologies. The shafts, rolls and gear system of the machine are produced by CNC machines. After first quality control, the components assemble by professional staff carefully. Then the machine is tested by quality control staff and is painted according to customer request.

PLATE BENDING ROLLS’ CAPACITIES BECOME HALF OF THEIR USUAL PREBENDING CAPACITIES DURING THE REALIZATION OF CONE BENDING PROCESSES.
THE THICKNESSES AND THE LENGTHS ARE REDUCED TO MAXIMUM PREBENDING CAPACITIES’ HALFS.
A REGULAR PREBENDING PROCESS TO ROLL A PLATE INTO A CYLINDRICAL SHAPE REQUIRES PARALLELISM BETWEEN SIDE ROLLS AND TOP ROLL. THAT IS OBTAINED BY EQUAL BEARING LOADINGS AT THE END OF EACH SIDE ROLLS.
THE ABOVE MENTIONED LOADINGS CHANGE ACCORDING TO TILTING UP THE SIDE ROLLS TO OBTAIN CONES. THEN THE BEARINGS AT DROP END TAKES APPROXIMATELY 80% TO 100% OF THE WHOLE LOAD THAT APPEARS.

  
*** SINCE THE SWING GUIDES ARE DESIGNED ACCORDING TO THE LEVEL-ARM PRINCIPLE, THE MACHINE PROVIDES MORE POWER TO BEND THE MATERIAL AND BY THE HELP OF THIS POWER, PREBENDING GETS PERFECT AND THE STRAIGHT AREA IS DECREASED TO MINIMUM LEVEL.
