                  INTRODUCTION OF OUR 1ADM 600 CNC DRILLING MACHINE

The beam drilling center is considered as an integrated system.

And this system is consisting of Input Conveyor + Beam Drilling Center + Marking Unit + Output Conveyor.

With the 1ADM 600 CNC (Computer Numeric Control) you will be able to control all the machine systems.
To drill the steel beams used on metal bridges and constructions, the profile should be located on the input conveyor. Then it will be brought to its position by the CNC Control with servo motor unit.

The ADM 600 CNC Machine blocks the positioned beam with hydraulic remoted special clamp jaws. The drilling process is performed by 1 Drilling Unit on 3 different axis. The drilling unit is controlled on their axis with the servo motor through the CNC, special variable screw drive groups and liner ball bearings. The drilling tools have got internal cooling system with pressure air-cooling water spray. The spindle has got 2 pcs ATC with 4 tools capacity.
We are using Mitsubishi servo motors, Thomson Neff (INA) screw drives, INA linear guides, Parker hydraulics and Rohm drills blocking unit on our machine.

Marking process is performed by dot system on beam side with a special machine. This process could be completed as an independent step at any time. There is no need to feed the material to the machine while marking because the marking head turns by CNC and move 150 mm horizontally.

Processed beams will be carried to the output conveyor. The carriers of the output conveyor are conducted with a reducer.

In order to facilitate the movement of the beam on the conveyor, there is a CLUTCH which allows cutting the mechanical connection between the carriers and the gearbox with motor.

 

INFEED CONVEYOR (FOR BARS UP TO 12 Meters) OPTIONAL 20 Meters

Powered roller way to feed up to 12 meters. Rolls are suitably spaced to allow the eventual insertion of cross loading tables.

WORKING UNITS

MONO DRILLING HEAD

Drill heads of mono spindles model, in normal position it drills the center of the profile , at –90° drills the left side of the profile , at +90° drills the right side of the profile.
-90° or +90° positioning is performed by servomotor and the drill head get locked mechanically to the desired position. To take mono spindle to other positions first the mechanical lock getting unluck then it comes to the desired position by servo motor.

Spindle main motor: 7 kW (continuous power)
           
            Sensitive driver speed change unit ensuring rapid feed, drilling and rapid return of the drill. The system, there is no need to adjust cams, and also possible to use twist drills of different lengths to compensate material distortion thus reducing the cycle time.

            Mist air-oil coolant system operated  pneumatically and has got 2 different coolant systems.


Hydraulic double jaw vice assembly;

Automatic hydraulic double jaw vice assembly ensuring positive clamping of the work piece during the drilling operation, both horizontally and vertical.

Clamping jaws can operate unilaterally fixed reference for the working area on the beam flange. Clamping jaws close and open automatically and their control is included in the working cycle. No special program functions are required, holes by reference to the working area axis can be drilled as per program.


OUTFEED CONVEYOR (FOR BARS UP TO 12 M)

Carriage supporting structure for 12 meters long sections as standard, optional up to 20 meters conveyor can be requested.

Carriage is made by pincher for longitudinal positioning of the profile, controlled by CNC. The pincher can be rotated and adjusted to clamp both working area and flange of the section its arm can be lifted by operator by means of push button through an a.c. motor

HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC SYSTEM

Hydraulic power pack is generating the high working pressure as well as the low pressure for the working units and for the auxiliary circuites.

Hoses and connections

Circuit for cooling with air-oil heat exchanger

Hydraulic system is completed by solenoid valves and connected hoses.

Pneumatic system consists of solenoid valves and it is connected to machine system.

Electric system cabinet containing power and control equipments for the units positioning axes and for the auxiliary services. Control cabinet and electric cabinet are cooled by ventilator, also coolant air is filtered as well.

OPTIONS FOR THE INFEED CONVEYOR

4 meters extension to the infeed conveyor with respect to the standard length to allow processing of bars up to 12 meters long.

8 meters extension to the in feed conveyor with respect to the standard length to allow processing of bars up to 20 meters long.
